Japan’s exports continue to plunge for the seventh month running, according to data from the country’s Finance Ministry pointed to a decrease of 6.7% compared to the forecasted figure of 5.6%.
That being said a fall in imports did bring back the country’s trade balance in surplus.
The data came as the Japan’s economy continues to suffer from the trade conflict between Washington and Beijing, not to mention the newest trade battle Tokyo has waved on neighboring South Korea.
