EU markets rise followng ECB meeting in Frankfurt

EU indices rallied as the ECB announced a series of measures to stimulate the eurozone economy, including the restart of a monthly bond-buying program.
The ECB left its main refinancing operations steady at 0% but slashed the deposit interest rate by 10 basis points at its September meeting.
The German DAX 30 index rose by 0.6% while in London the FTSE 100 added 0.2%.
In Paris the CAC 40 advanced 0.4% while in Madrid the IBEX 35 went up 0.4% and the Milan based index, FTSE MIB gained 0.7%.
