U.K and EU negotiators have reached a deal on Brexit, EU Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker announced via social media, "Where there is a will, there is a deal."

"We have one!"

"I recommend that EUCO endorses this deal," Mr Juncker added.

UK PM Boris Johnson also commented, "We’ve got a great new deal that takes back control."

Shortly after the announcement a letter from Juncker to EU Council President Donald Tusk, in which Juncker says, “The negotiators reached an agreement on a revised Protocol on Ireland/Northern Ireland and a revised Political declaration on 17 October 2019.”

“Both were endorsed by the European Commission; the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom also signalled his approval.”

Adding, “I recommend the European Council endorses the proposed Withdrawal Agreement and Political Declaration at its forthcoming meeting.”

The last obstacle facing PM Johnson is the approval of the deal at Westminster this coming Saturday as in recent days opposing Labour party has hinted to have a re-run of the referendum to leave the EU and rather opt to remain.
