Indonesia Market Today - 29 July 2020

Wednesday (29/07/2020). The impact of investor worries about weakening consumer confidence, the disappointing performance of issuers` financial statements and concerns about disputes in the United States Congress about the aid plan to combat the corona virus is a factor of the drop in DJIA by -0.77% and if combined with a decrease in EIDO of -1.56% has the potential to be a factor negative for JCI back down in trading this Wednesday amid the highest achievement of the number of returning victims who were infected and killed by Corvid19, where * on Tuesday there were +1,748 people infected by Corvid * so far so far the victims infected with Corvid19 reached 102,303 people (successfully surpassing China, allegedly as a country the beginning of the Corona Virus) with an additional death toll on Tuesday as many as +63 people so that the death toll has so far reached 4,901 people, to 5,000 people killed in the near future, (Fatality Rate of 4.80%)*.

Furthermore, falling prices of some commodities such as: Oil -1.37%, Coal -1.15% & Nickel -0.71 %% have the potential to push down commodity-based stocks in trading this Wednesday.

Knowing that the IHSG has the opportunity to continue weakening in Wednesday trading amid valuations that many stocks are very attractive to buy, we recommend being very selective if investors want to do BOW or Swing Trade so they can focus on the shares of the Bank, Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Consumer, Retail sectors , Basic Industries and Property in Wednesday trade.
