A. Indonesia Morning Market Review

Tuesday (21/05/2019). The majority of stock exchanges in developed economies continued to weaken. The Dow weakened -0.33% to 25,679, a 2-day decline and was followed by a decline in the S&P 500 (-0.67%). As a ballast, Intel and Nike shares fell -2.96 and 2.03% respectively. Technology-based stocks posted a sharp decline after Google, Intel, Qualcomm and Broadcom suspended business with Huawei Technologies following the Trump government's decision to add the Chinese telecom giant to the trade blacklist. Likewise, FTSE 100 and DAX weakened -0.51 and 1.61% respectively.

In addition, in the commodity market, WTI crude oil prices fell -0.24% to USD 63.41 per barrel, after a 3-day gain. Thus, after the announcement of the presidential election for the presidential election for the 2019-24 period it was finished and running safely, potentially causing portfolio investors to become overconfidence. IHSG is likely to continue strengthening with the strongest resistance at 5,783-5946

B. Indonesia Corporate News
1. PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk (ASSA)
The company budgeted capital expenditures worth Rp1.6 trillion in 2019. Most of the capex was around Rp1.3 trillion for the purchase of new vehicles, the rest for the development of new businesses. As for 2019, it plans to purchase 6,500 new fleets to service customers. This year the company also decided not to spread dividends on net income of books in 2018. (

2. PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (MAPI)
The company will distribute a dividend of Rp 10 per share from the profit of the 2018 fiscal year. The dividend payout ratio is 22.73%. (

3. PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA)
Throughout the first quarter of 2019, the company pocketed revenues of US $ 91.70 million, up 27.57% from the same period last year of US $ 71.88 million. The company's cost of goods sold also grew 69.73% to US $ 52.99 million. In addition, general and administrative expenses also increased, so that the current period profit attributable to parent entities in the first quarter of 2019 also fell 19.01% to US $ 20.31 million. 4. PT Mandom International Tbk (TCID)
In the 2019 quarterly financial statements, the company's net income was Rp. 722.28 billion, up 6.1% compared to the same period last year of Rp. 681.15 billion. The company's net profit in the first quarter of 2019 was IDR 71.48 billion or grew 4.9% compared to the same period last year of IDR 68.1 billion. For management capital expenditure (capex), it is known that the budget for funds ranging from Rp. 100 billion to Rp. 200 billion is mostly used for the purpose of regular engine revitalization. (

5. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur (BIPI)
The company plans to conduct a rights issue at the end of July 2019 as one of the funding sources for nine energy infrastructure projects. Through the rights issue, the company hopes to be able to sell shares at prices above Rp 50 per share. The company will have a rights issue of 7 billion new shares and a maximum of 14 billion shares as a result of the execution of warrants accompanying Rights. As for the targeted fund amounting to Rp 1 trillion. the nine projects are spread across Sumatra and Kalimantan. The nine projects have an investment of around US $ 2.5 billion and all are in the feasibility study phase. If all goes well it is estimated that it can provide around US $ 400 million per year to EBITDA. (
