Wall street closes lower as EU and Japan data disappoints

Wall Street finished the session on a low note as economic data from both Japan and Europe was below-par, continuing to add to the concern that a slowdown is affecting global growth.

That being said, it may seem that Washington and Beijing are finally coming to an agreement to end the current trade standoff.

The DJIA shed 0.4% while the S&P 500 followed suit at 0.4% and the Nasdaq ended its 8-day winning streak by closing lower by 0.4%.
