US Justice Department to indict Chinese hackers

The U.S. Justice Department is preparing to indict several Chinese hackers who are suspected to work for the Chinese Ministry of State Security as part of the Beijing’s military and intelligence services.

This follows discoveries made by investigators in connection to the huge hacking scandal of the Marriott hotels chain were 500 million clients' data.

The announcement which is expected within the upcoming week, could not come at a more sensitive time as relations between Washington and Beijing are extremely fragile, with trade talks still in limbo and Huawei’s CFO awaiting extradition for violating trade laws.
