U.S. stocks continued their surge as the DJIA was up 1.1% ending on 260.37 points wiping out a 600-point loss earlier during the exchanges.
While the S&P 500 ended the session edging up by 0.86% while the Nasdaq rose by 0.4%.
At the opening bell it was quite a different story as the DJIA tumbled by 611 points while the S&P 500 retreated by 2.8% and the Nasdaq fell by 3.3%.
Nevertheless, it seems that Santa’s rally came slightly later this year.
