Iran may be given a helping hand by a trade deal with South Korea
- 1 month ago
It seems that Tehran may have found a way around the sanctions imposed by Washington by potentially striking a deal with South Korea.
A goods-for-oil deal is what’s been discussed, according to the head of the Iran-South Korea chamber of commerce, Hussein Tanhaee, “goods will be given to Iranian importers and their price will be subtracted from the price of the oil exported to South Korea, and the importers will pay the price of the goods to the Iranian government.”
