A. Indonesia Morning Market Review
Monday (25/02/2019). Investors' hopes about trade negotiations between the US & China that are expected to end peacefully and dovish tendencies shown by US monetary authorities have pushed the DJIA upward along with the increase in Oil prices + 0.32%, Gold + 0.18%, Nickel + 1.05% and Tin +1 26% as catalysts For the IHSG.

We estimates that it will likely strengthen today as strengthening prices of energy and metal commodities as well as estimates that the interest rate will not be increased.


B. Indonesia Corporate News
1. PT Waskita Karya (WSKT)
The company recorded a new contract of Rp1.02 trillion in January 2019 with details of the Batang-Semarang Package I toll road (Sections 1 and 2) worth Rp108.4 billion. The company also gets the Solo-Ngawi toll road work worth Rp67 billion. On the other hand, subsidiaries * PT Waskita Beton Precast (WSBP) * received an additional new contract of Rp725.9 billion in January 2019.

2. PT Pelayaran Tamarin Samudra (TAMU)
The company plans to add two ships after opening two new subsidiaries engaged in shipping. The two subsidiaries will later be engaged in the same line of business namely AWB ship shipping.

3. PT Pelita Samudra Shipping (PSSI)
The company plans to add 8 units of vessels consisting of tugboats, tugs and barges. The projection of the company's capital expenditure in 2019 to touch US $ 50 million from the previous maximum of US $ 40 million. In line with the increasing volume of coal logistics transportation, the company targets profit growth in 2019 by 25% - 35%.

4. Bank Mega (MEGA)
Throughout 2018 the company posted a post-tax profit growth of 23.02% to Rp1.60 trillion compared to a profit of Rp1.30 trillion in the same period the previous year. Net interest income only grew 0.15% to IDR3,514 trillion compared to net interest income of IDR3,509 trillion a year earlier. Net operating income rose 21.75% to Rp1.95 trillion from Rp1.60 trillion due to a decrease in other operating expenses by 12.36% to Rp3.58 trillion from Rp4.08 trillion.

5. PT Cottonindo Ariesta (KPAS)
Throughout 2019 the company targeted sales of Rp110 billion -115 billion or grew by 10% YoY. Previously, the company hoped to be able to operate a new engine in the first half of 2019 to pursue the sales growth target of 10-15 percent this year. The new machine will be in the existing plant, located in Cipendeuy, Subang.
The current KPAS production is 100 tons per month - 105 tons per month or about 90 percent of the installed capacity of 115 tons per month.

6. PT Martina Berto (MBTO)
The company targets net sales of Rp790 billion in 2019, up 39% compared to 2018 sales projection. The company will also add 2 Martha Tilaar Shop retail outlets and strengthen existing outlets which are currently spread in 24 locations.

7. PT Kino Indonesia (KINO)
The company estimates that sales throughout 2018 will reach the target or grow 12% YoY or around IDR 3.54 trillion.

8. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya (AMRT)
The company allocates Rp2 trillion in capital expenditure to open 500 new outlets. Capital expenditures will be used for opening new outlets, extending the lease period and renovating outlets.
In 2019, AMRT projects revenue growth will be in the range of 8% -10%. This growth target is above the 2018 minimarket growth. AMRT projects sales per store (SSSG) growth to reach 5% in 2019.
