A. Indonesia Morning Market Review
Thursday (11/29/2018). The combination of Federal Reserve Governor Jerome Powell's statement said the current policy level was approaching Neutral which was then perceived by market players as a sign that the Fed's three-year tightening cycle was almost over pushing the DJIA up + 2.5%, the highest in the past 8 months amid EIDO + 0.77% , tin + 0.74%, Nickel + 1.07% & Gold + 0.59% as catalyst for JCI to continue to STRENGTHEN today.

Banking, property and construction stocks are interesting to note.


B. Indonesia Corporate News
1. PT Waskita Karya (WSKT)
The company has received a new contract of Rp2 trillion in October 2018. Thus, the company pocketed a new contract value of Rp14 trillion during January-October 2018. With this realization, WSKT has only realized 28% of the targeted new contract this year. The reason is that the total targeted value is IDR 50 trillion in 2018. Nevertheless, the company is still waiting for the contract process for a number of new jobs. The value of the new contract that will be entered is estimated at Rp. 8 trillion.

2. PT Wijaya Karya (WIKA)
The new company has realized 49.07% of new contracts until October 2018 from the target targeted this year. The company discloses that it has pocketed a new contract of IDR 28.51 trillion as of October 2018. Thus, the company's total contract will be IDR 110.70 trillion in January 2018 — October 2018 or grow 2.5% on an annual basis. The company revealed that the infrastructure and building segments contributed IDR 21.49 trillion to the company's new contract until October 2018. The segment is projected to contribute up to IDR 39.80 trillion in 2018. On the other hand, the industry segment contributes IDR 4.21 trillion to the company's new contract until October 2018 .

3. PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food (AISA)

Process for Delaying Debt Payment Obligations (PKPU) AISA began to move. The PKPU management has set the Three Pilar Fixed Receivables List (DPT) worth Rp. 2.25 trillion. The collection comes from 21 concurrent (unsecured) creditors with a bill of Rp. 807.17 billion, 18 separatist creditors (with collateral) who collect Rp. 1, 44 trillion, and 2 preferential creditors from tax bills and OJK with a total bill of Rp 307 million.

4. PT Waskita Karya (WSKT)
The company has obtained credit facilities with a total of up to IDR 3 trillion from syndicated creditors where the signing of the credit agreement was carried out on November 27, 2018. PT Bank Sumitomo Mitsui Indonesia as the Sole Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner, while Singapore's Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation branch as Sole Mandated Lead Arranger and Bookrunner .

5. PT Fajar Surya Wisesa (FASW)
The company targets sales of paper-based packaging to increase by around 15% to 20%. This is in line with the increase in production to 1.6 million tons per year from previously only 1.3 million tons per year. As is known, the company has just acquired a factory in Gresik, Central Java. The value of the acquisition transaction reached USD 60 million, which later the plant will supply the needs of East Java and surrounding areas. Next year factory production in Gresik is only 300 thousand tons. But by 2020 it will increase to 600 thousand tons per year. Apart from within the country itself.
