A. Indonesia Morning Market Review
Friday (10/26/2018). The combination of the DJIA rebounds + 1.63%, EIDO + 3.4%, Oil + 0.81%, temporary appreciation of the Rupiah and the release season of the 3/2018 financial statements are catalysts for JCI to hopefully continue STRENGTHENING today.


B. Indonesia Corporate News
1. PT Lippo Karawaci (LPKR)
The Standard & Poors (S&P) rating agency considers the steps of PT Lippo Karawaci (LPKR) to deconstruct the Meikarta project from the financial statements will weaken the company's business position in the property sector in the long term. The third quarter 2018 company scored a net profit of Rp. 18.5 trillion, growing 9.9% compared to the same period the previous year of Rp. 16.8 trillion. This profit growth was driven by BCA's operating income which consisted of net interest income and other operating income of Rp. 45.9 trillion which increased 10% from Rp. 41.7 trillion. BCA's lending was recorded at Rp 516 trillion, growing 17.3% compared to the same period the previous year. The composition of lending consisted of corporate loans of Rp 199.2 trillion, growing 23.3%.

4. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN)
The company recorded a net profit of Rp 2.23 trillion in the third quarter of 2018, up 11.51 percent compared to the same period the previous year of Rp 2 trillion. The company's net profit was boosted by the growth in net interest income which was recorded at Rp 7.54 trillion, up 15.29% compared to the same period last year of Rp 6.54 trillion.

5. PT Pelat Timah Nusantara (NIKL)
The company suffered a loss of US $ 3.44 million as of September 2018, due to pressure from the exchange rate. The company posted sales of US $ 123.46 million as of September 2018. The achievement grew 12.2% from the position of US $ 110.01 million in the same period the previous year.
