A. Indonesia Morning Market Review
Friday (21/12/2018). The DJIA fell sharply again by -464.1 points (-2%) after the Fed raised the FFR and anxiety of government shutdown. With the fall of DJIA dropped to the lowest in the past 14 months and for 2 days, the DJIA has dropped more than -800 points and -1700 more points in the last 5 days. If you add the DJIA downgrade factor, Oil -2.62% decrease, Nickel -0.25% and the fall of Regional Exchange this morning. We estimate that JCI will be difficult to move and continued the downtrend.

BI estimates that fourth quarter CAD will expand above 3% of GDP. This prediction is in line with the trade balance deficit in November 2018 of US$ 2.05 billion, widening from the deficit in October 2018 which amounted to US$ 1.82 billion. 1. PT Erajaya Swasembada (ERAA)
The company has completed 157 new outlets throughout the year. The achievement only reached 63% of the company's initial target at the beginning of this year, namely 250 new outlets.

2. PT Yelooo Integra Datanet (YELO)
The Company earned Rp19.65 billion in revenue as of October 2018. This achievement rose 377% compared to the company's revenue in the same period of the previous year which amounted to Rp.4.1 billion. Passpod also has business expansion plans for five Southeast Asian countries, namely Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar and South Korea, aimed at attracting foreign tourists to Indonesia. For outbound traveler purposes, Passpod services can now be used in 70 countries.

3. PT Indomobil MultiJasa (IMJS)
The company plans to increase capital without pre-emptive rights (rights issue) by releasing 752,550,000 new shares. The company will allocate 3 Rights to each holder of 20 old shares. Every holder of 1 Rights, has the right to buy 1 new share of the company. With the Preemptive Rights, the total shares of the company which will be listed on the IDX are 5,769,550,000 ordinary shares. With an implementation price of Rp700 per share, the company has the potential to get funds of up to Rp526.78 billion.
