Tuesday (12/02/2019). The combination of the decline in the DJIA fell by -0.21% in response to the tough trade talk between US and China, anticipating a slowdown in economic growth amid a decline of EIDO -0 41%, CPO -1.09%, Nickel -0.86%, Coal -0.51% and IDR depreciating near the level of 14,100.

On the other hand the depreciation of the Rupiah began to bring fresh air to export-based stocks such as *MARK, MYOR, INDF as well as attractive consumption, retail, industrial property and infrastructure sector stocks following anticipation of improving fundamental performance, the amount of new contracts they will get & the holding of the Central Bank's benchmark interest rate*.


B. Indonesia Corporate News
1. PT Bank Tabungan Negara (BBTN)
The company prepared a profit of Rp 3.20 trillion in 2018 or increased by 5.96% compared to 2017 profit worth Rp 3.02 trillion. Profit growth in 2018 was driven by the company's credit growth which in 2018, BBTN managed to channel Rp 237.75 trillion or grew 19.48% (yoy) compared to lending in 2017 worth Rp 198.99 trillion. Meanwhile in 2019 the company targets credit and third party funds growth targets in the range of 12-15%. In addition, the ratio of non-performing loans (non-performing loans (NPLs) also attempts to be reduced at the level of 1.9% -1.1%.

2. PT Adhi Karya (ADHI)
The company posted a new contract of IDR 891.8 billion in January 2019 or 2.54% of the target total value targeted this year. One of the projects obtained was the acquisition of a 30% portion of the Asahan JO Shimizu hydropower with a value of IDR 808.4 billion.
In 2019, ADHI's management targeted a new contract of around Rp35 trillion. The realization grew by around 50.21% from the target of Rp23.3 trillion targeted last year.

3. PT PP (PTPP)
The company announced an agreement to establish a joint venture with several companies to meet the project development needs for the development of the Batang Semarang Toll Road Rest Area. In the joint venture, PTPP's contribution reached 32.5% or around Rp 20.61 billion, followed by PT Jasamarga Properti 20% or Rp 12.58 billion, WSKT as much as 20% or around Rp 12.68 billion. Furthermore, the contribution of PT PP Properti, which is 10% or IDR 6.34 billion, PT Perkebunan 10% or IDR 6.34 billion and PT RNI as much as 7.5% or equivalent to IDR 4.76 billion.

4. PT Adaro Energy (ADRO)
The Company scored coal production in 2018 of 54.04 million tons throughout 2018. The volume increased by 4.34% compared to the previous year which was 51.79 million tons. The company in 2019 will produce coal in the range of 54 million - 56 million tons with capital expenditure of US $ 450 million - US $ 600 million. This year, the company targets operational EBITDA of US $ 1 billion — US $ 1.2 billion.

5. PT PP (PTPP)
The company also formed a joint venture that will work on the Makassar public railway project - Parepare together with PT Bumi Karsa, PT China Communications Construction Engineering Indonesia, and PT Iroda Mitra, which has participated in a joint venture company called PT Celebes Railway Indonesia. Makassar Pare-Pare investment value is Rp1.005 trillion. Meanwhile, the joint venture capital is valued at Rp 200 billion and the capital that has been placed and paid is Rp 50 billion. PTPP obtained 45% ownership of the issued and paid-up capital, equivalent to IDR22.5 billion. In addition, the consortium will consist of three other companies with 22.5% of Bumi Karsa's share ownership, 22.5% from China Communications Construction Engineering Indonesia, and 10% from Iroda Mitra.
