George H.W. Bush, 41st U.S. president passes away at 94

George H.W. Bush has passed away at the age of 94 after a long battle with Parkinson’s.
The 41st President of the U.S. serving from 1989-1993 and as vice to Ronald Reagan from 1981-1989.
Massachusetts native Bush joined the US army on his 18th birthday in 1938 and became the youngest naval pilot at the time.
Flying a total of 58 combat missions during World War II, including one where he was shot down by Japanese forces.
He twice attempted to run for Senate unsuccessfully, however would go on to serve as the US ambassador the United Nations, Republican National Committee chair, and CIA director.
